Since its inception in 1987, Artist Trust has stayed true to its core mission: to support and encourage individual artists working in all disciplines in order to enrich community life throughout Washington State. While the surrounding landscape has changed dramatically, investment in support systems for individual artists is more vital than ever. Towards that end, the 2010-2012 Strategic Plan will guide Artist Trust’s successful advancement to its 25th anniversary in 2012.

The plan is targeted at increasing Artist Trust's long-term stability and capacity for providing assistance, while expanding its regional, cultural and racial reach to all artists in Washington State.
