Artist Trust’s 2005-2009 Strategic Plan reaffirms our commitment to existing core programs – Grants and Information Services – while taking on bold new initiatives such as the Washington Artists Health Insurance Project (WAHIP). The plan is targeted at increasing Artist Trust's long-term stability and capacity for providing assistance, while expanding its regional, cultural and racial reach to all artists in Washington State.
