About the Artist
Aaron Bourget (Seattle) received a 2008 GAP to produce three self-written short films “Bootlegging The Neighbor” explores privacy, anonymity, and artistic ownership; “Global Warning” is a cautionary tale about climate change and how it relates to film preservation; and “Duchamp Wouldamade” is the film Marcel Duchamp would have made if he had access to video cameras. GAP funds will specifically go towards equipment, transportation, actors’ fees, and DVD duplication.
Aaron also received a 2001 GAP.
