About the Artist

Chandler Woodfin (Seattle) received her BFA from Columbia College of Missouri and completed a two-year painting apprenticeship at Gage Academy of Art. Using watercolor and charcoal, she examines what it means to be human in both its personal and social contexts.

Chandler received 2015 GAP funding to purchase a top for the back of her truck so she can more easily and safely transport her work as she moves to installation projects consisting of larger works. This one piece of equipment will contribute to the completion of an unlimited amount of artistic projects in the future.
