About the Artist
Jennifer Smith (Seattle) speaks through her digital prints and drawings as she explores communities and captures impressions of our collective energy, subtle personal moments, and shifting boundaries. She creates digital prints from drawings done in real time in the midst of community life. She then digitally enlarges and edits her initial images to shine a light on our quiet successes in crossing familiar boundaries and our joys and complexity in coming together. Her exhibitions have included the Wing Luke Museum (through November 2013), the Henry Gallery and a solo show at San Francisco’s Moscone Center. Contact Jennifer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
