About the Artist

Lynn Knight (Kenmore) is a fiction writer who sets many of her stories in her native Southwest. Her work often explores the struggle to adjust to an alien culture, like the “hidden Jews” in the colonial New World (The Merchant of Santa Fe, which she co-wrote for a bilingual theater company), or two teenagers coming of age in the late 60s (her novel, Strangers in Paradise). Her short stories have appeared in the Santa Fe Literary Review and the Bellingham Review. She's working on a futuristic take on the Greek epic Ulysses, told from the wife Penelope's viewpoint.
