In this workshop, photographer and career-planning instructor Ira Gardner provides an overview of business models to help you achieve your career goals as an artist. You’ll learn what business model works for your practice, how to read and understand financial statements, and how to set and reach income goals.

How to diversify your product mix
Students will leave with their own financial planning spreadsheet
Ira Gardner has been a full-time professional photographer since 1989 and has been teaching career planning and portfolio development for photographers for 19 years at Spokane Falls Community College. From 1994 to 2005 Ira worked with photographers and graphic designers all over the country as a business management software developer and consultant. He is currently a member of the Richmond Artist Collective.
