Proctor Arts Fest 2011 – August 4, 2012, 10am to 5:30pm. This is a free event that includes a Juried Art Show (at Mason Church), four performance stages, special kids and family events and stage, The Bite of Proctor, Top Dog Contest and Parade, over 100 Arts and Crafts booths, an arts demonstration area, Quilt display, a sidewalk sale, Farmers’ Market, new musical, dance, and more.
