Greetings Artists,

It is time to think about entering the Proctor Arts Fest 4th Annual Poster Contest.  This year, we are limiting entries to only artists who reside in Pierce County.  Artists residing in Pierce County are invited to enter an original artwork for consideration.  Entries must be original artwork, and represent the celebratory spirit of a summer art festival.  Artists may submit one entry only.  All media are acceptable, except no computer generated art or photography.  Please do not feature any particular Proctor Business in your design.  Entries will be by CD only.  Entries will not be returned.

The winning entry will be selected by a panel of artists and Proctor business owners.  The winning artist will be awarded $300.00.  Acceptance of the award will grant the Proctor Arts Fest Committee the right to reproduce the art only for the purpose of representing the Proctor Art Fest, held on Aug. 4, 2012.  The original artwork will remain the property of the artist.  The artist will have the option of displaying his winning art in the Proctor Art Gallery during the week preceding and during the Arts Fest.  The work may be offered for sale if the artist so wishes.

Second and third place winners will have the option of displaying their artwork in selected Proctor businesses during the Art Fest.

Entries must be received by the Proctor Arts Fest Committee by April 20, 2012.
