APPLICATION AND FEES ARE DUE on or before July 15, 2011.  Mail to: Proctor District Association; Attn: Proctor Art Fest,  P.O. Box 7291; Tacoma, WA 98417

ART INFORMATION: 
CATEGORIES: There are five categories:    1.) Oil & Acrylic,  2.)Watercolor,  3.)Photographs,  4.) Pastel, Drawing, Print, Mixed Media,  5.)Three Dimensional

DISPLAY:  Art work to be hung must have the hanging devices attached.

TWO ART PIECE LIMIT (Pay fee for each) per artist if pieces are in different categories.

ACCEPTANCE:  All entries are accepted unless the committee deems them unsuitable.  All entries will be juried.

SALE: Art piece for sale, please give a price.  The Art Fest Committee will take names and phone numbers of those interested in a piece and give this information to the artist.

JURY:  The jury may select a 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each category, plus honorable mention if art pieces are deemed worthy.

PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD will be presented at 1:45 pm on Sunday, August 7th.

RECEPTION AND AWARDS:  Friday evening, August 5th Mason Church, 6pm to 8pm

DELIVERY OF ART WORK:  Deliver Thursday August 4th between 9am and 5pm

PICK UP ART WORK:  Pick up Sunday, August 7th between 2pm and 4 PM.

SHOW HOURS AT MASON CHURCH:
SATURDAY, AUGUST 6TH,  10am TO 6pm
SUNDAY, AUGUST 7TH,  10:30am to 2pm
