A 12x12x12 workspace is available at an amazing warehouse in SODO. This 100 year old building is built with bricks, giant wood beams and tons of charm to create! It’s currently occupied by a few artists, photography studio and 3 groups of musicians. Access to a larger performance/display area is available as well as other opportunities within the building. The space is well lit with a large bay window and artificial light as well.
