The 2nd Annual Fresh Air Artists Festival will be held in Cle Elum, WA, July 11-16, 2010.  Artists, art patrons, art collectors, art lovers and everyone who appreciates fine art can take in the beauty, sunshine, and fresh air that Central Washington has to offer, while taking plein air workshops from professional instructors in oil, acrylic, pastel, and watercolor painting, as well as beginning, intermediate and advanced photography. A Juried Art Show event including wine tasting and live music will be held at the end of the week and Cash Prizes awarded.

  Unique stone only symposia that offers something for all level sculptors. NWSSA (Northwest Stone Sculpture Association) has been hosting these events for over 20 years. "Camp B" near Mount Vernon offers something for all level sculptors. Beginners and intermediate carvers come to learn, grow as artists, and try new things in a supportive environment. Professional sculptors gather to work on projects, share information, get inspiration,  and often to help beginners. Stone and tools are available for purchase from knowledgeable vendors who know the business and are carvers, too.
