I'm creating a new group of art studios in the Int'l District, a few blocks from the Pioneer Square galleries at 519 S. Main St. @ 6th Ave. S, (by Maneki & the Panama Hotel). We should be ready to go sometime in November, and I'm starting a waiting list of people who want to see the spaces as soon as the contractors have the walls up....

We have a couple of great art studios opening up at 1426 S. Jackson St. Studios in Seattle, 1 mile from downtown Pioneer Square & galleries. One of them is half of a studio, with the available portion 12x16' for $285. The other is a sweet private studio 16x17' for $395.

I have two artists lofts available now.  One is the great corner one that is 1500 square feet.  I am asking $925.  The other one is somewahat smaller and is $795.

The Artspace Everett Lofts  provides 40 units of affordable live/work studios for individuals and families, as well as a new home for the Arts Council of Snohomish County.
