Tikka Sears is a director, actor, multimedia theater artist, and educator. The first part of her new collaborative multimedia theater piece, "work created under compulsion", premiered at the 2007 Northwest New Works Festival at On the Boards and the full length production will be presented on September 1st 2008 at 6:30PM at Bumbershoot and Sep 3-6 at 8:00PM at the Seattle Center House Theatre.

Ms. Morinoue is the co-founder and Associate Artistic Director of Esse Aficionado dance company since it's conception in 2000. She maintains a bi-coastal presence in the dance communities of Seattle and New York City and her choreography has been presented by the Joyce SoHo, Velocity Dance Center's Bridge Project, On the Board's Bummbershoot 12 Minutes Max and is a 2007 Artist Trust GAP Recipient.
