On March 11, Harlequin Productions will open David Lindsay-Abaire's drama about a couple's search for balance and hope after a tragic accident shatters their lives. Rabbit Hole won the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and has received acclaim from critics and audiences across the country ever since. Harlequin's staging of Rabbit Hole is directed by Brian Tyrrell, designed by Jill Carter, and features Jason Haws, Megan Kappler, Melanie Moser, Kathy Dorgan, and Peter Beard.

As a result, he finds himself free-diving in icy Puget Sound in hopes of spearing a snaggletooth lingcod and bushwhacking through rugged mountain forests in search of edible mushrooms. These ventures and many more are described in his first book Fat of the Land: Adventures of a 21st Century Forager.

Sponsored by Pacific Gallery Artists, this program will be a presentation by mixed media artist, Becky Frehse. Becky will show examples of her work, how she uses her materials and what inspires her. Becky has exhibited throughout the state as well as in Alaska and Kansas. She has been adjunct professor for art at the University of Puget Sound, Pacific Lutheran University and art instructor for Charles Wright Academy. Becky presently has an exhibit at the Sandpiper Gallery which will continue until February 27th.
