About the Artist
Aaron Bourget (Seattle) received 2008 GAP Award funding to produce three self-written short films. Bootlegging The Neighbor explores privacy, anonymity, and artistic ownership, Global Warning is a cautionary tale about climate change and how it relates to film preservation, and Duchamp Wouldamade is the film Marcel Duchamp would have made if he had access to video cameras. GAP Award funds will specifically go towards equipment, transportation, actors’ fees, and DVD duplication.
Aaron also received a 2001 GAP Award.
