The Fleur and Charles Bresler Artist Residency offers a four-month residency in Rockville, Maryland, to three selected artists or collaborative artist teams. Residents will receive a stipend of $2,000, free studio space, and a unique opportunity to create, exhibit their work, and engage with the VisArts and Rockville communities. During the September 2025 – January 2026 residency period, artists will also have the chance to collaborate with Montgomery College’s Art Departments and receive an additional $3,000 stipend.
