Jasmine Iona Brown

Jasmine Iona Brown is an artist, educator, and community leader with extensive experience in public art, arts education, and program development. With a background in UX design and nonprofit leadership, Jasmine has held roles at Spaceworks, Arts Corps, Tacoma Public Schools, Tacoma Art Museum and Microsoft. Her public art practice includes murals, sculptures, and installations in public and private collections. She holds a BFA in Design from Howard University and an MA in International Studies from UCLA. Jasmine is also a dedicated advocate for the arts, serving on the City of Tacoma Arts Commission.
