About

Krista is the founder and owner of Mirhoseini Creative Law, PLLC, where she specializes in intellectual property and business law. She has a deep passion for the intersections of law, art, and technology, and protecting the creative works of businesses and individuals alike. Before starting her own law firm in 2024, Krista served as an in-house intellectual property lawyer for a global travel technology company, an art studio, and practiced litigation at Seattle-area law firms.

Krista is an active volunteer with Washington Lawyers for the Arts and a member of the Copyright Society of the USA. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Seattle University Law School, teaching a course on the law and business of art, and presents on art law topics.

Krista is the mother of two adult children and lives in West Seattle with her husband and rescue dogs, Cyrus and Milseán. She enjoys writing and is rediscovering her childhood love for drawing.
