2023 Highlights:

Brunch in the New Normal

 

Thank you for joining us online and in-person for the 2023 Artist Trust Benefit Art Auction! Together, we raised over $260,000 in support of Washington State artists! Our annual auction remains an important part of how we fund our grants and other services for individual artists statewide. Thank you to the amazing group of donating artists.

We kicked the auction off with an introduction by our emcee, Aleksa Manila:

 

Amanda Morgan, 2023 Artist Trust Fellowship for Black Artists recipient, then wowed the audience with a dance performance:

 

We introduced our Auction Committee Co-Chair and 2020 Artist Trust Fellowship recipient, Anthony White, with a video about his creative practice:

 

Anthony took the stage and shared remarks about his work with Artist Trust:

 

Keynote speaker and 2022 Arts Innovator Award Recipient, Preston Singletary, spoke about the importance of supporting artists and Artist Trust:

 

We shared about mother and son duo, Nancy and Douglas Burgess, who both received an Artist Trust GAP in 2022:
