Development Coordinator
The Development Coordinator supports Artist Trust’s efforts to sustain long-term, meaningful relationships with our donor and member community. This position is responsible for the timely recognition and stewardship of donor gifts, maintaining our donor database, administering the Artist Trust Membership program, coordinating corporate giving logistics, and serving as an attentive point of contact for donors. Reporting to the Annual Fund & Events Director, this position will serve as a key relationship builder that is highly attuned to details.

Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator supports the Program team and other staff with administrative tasks related to Artist Trust programs including grants and workshops. This position is responsible for maintaining and tracking data entry and evaluation, administering program payment processes, ensuring Artist Trust’s opportunities and resources are up to date, and serving as the point of contact for artists and community members. The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Co-Directors.
