About
Edward Mast received 2010 GAP Award funding for materials and publicity associated with an outdoor interactive performance tentatively titled Gazaville about displaced, disposable, and forgotten people around the world from Gaza to Beijing to New Orleans to Seattle. The performance draws on his experiences in tent cities and refugee camps in the Middle East and Latin America, as well as with tent cities, teenage street youth, and reservation youth in this country. Edward will write the script and work with other artists to develop the performance.
