Eric Eley received 2008 GAP Award funding towards the purchase of materials and equipment for an installation to be shown in an upcoming exhibition in Germany. By using simple materials and an analytical language of lines, points, and planes, Eric builds complex and expansive structured landscapes that push the boundaries of the space they inhabit.

In 2008 he was also awarded a Seattle Mayor’s Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs’ CityArtist Project.
