Grace Weston stages narrative photography in miniature vignettes, addressing psychological themes and raising the contradictions of life. In 2012, Grace showed her work in her first European solo exhibit at Paci Contemporary in Brescia, Italy. She was a nominee for Portland Art Museum’s Contemporary Northwest Art Awards in 2015 and 2013, a finalist in PhotoEspana’s Descubremientos 2009 and one of the Whatcom Museum 2008 Photography Biennial’s “Nine to Watch.” Public collections include the Portland Art Museum, University of Oregon, Seattle Public Utilities Public Artwork Collection, Photographic Center Northwest, Portland Community College, 4Culture King County and the City of Seattle.
