About

Kasandra Price, a native of the Sunflower State Wichita, Kansas now proudly calls Washington her home. Price is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and author. Her journey into film has been deeply influenced by my engineering background, fueling my mission to redefine “Movie Magic” through innovation and creativity.

Under her Production Company, KP Productions, Price has brought many stories to life, including multiple short films and two independent feature films. Her latest feature, Homeless or Right at Home, is currently available for streaming on Tubi through Homestead Entertainment and Dame Dash Studios Distribution. She is currently in post production on her second scripted narrative feature, Faded Memories, which is written as a love letter to the victim’s of Alzheimer’s. Price’s work is distinguished by her dedication to pushing the boundaries of creativity, capturing the raw essence of human emotions and experiences while celebrating diverse voices. She approaches the camera as an artist would a canvas, using it to create cinematic moments that resonate with audiences long after the credits roll.

Throughout her film career, she’s had the privilege of collaborating with leading industry giants, including 20th Century Fox and Disney, among others. She’s also collaborated with non-profits and businesses, creating films that spotlight their events and missions. And her work in theater, both behind the scenes and on stage, has further honed her ability to tell impactful stories across medium

Beyond filmmaking, she has also ventured into the literary world, publishing two books, including her latest novel A Rose That Grew From A Textbook In The Village, available on Amazon.
