About

Kyle Loven received 2010 GAP Award funding towards purchasing tools, supplies, and for paying artist fees associated with creating an evening-length piece titled Crandal’s Bag, which tells the story of a secret magician working to make things disappear forever. This one-man show incorporates puppets, antique objects, masks, music, and a live performer to create a visually surprising world where the act of magic takes on a whole new meaning. Kyle will build the sets and puppets, write the stories, and do the directing as well as be responsible for the production process.
