About

Mari Ichimasu is an animation artist with a pocketful of handmade spirit. She was born in late spring in Tokyo, Japan. The Pacific Northwest became her home 14 years ago. Since then she has been in love with the beauty of Washington’s forests and the Puget Sound. After studying Fine Art for a year at Osaka University of Art, She transferred and graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle as animation art major. Since 2010, Mari has been creating illustrations and animation under the artist name Little Oze and exhibiting at local venues. The nostalgia from her five senses and the intimacy of overlooked subjects play a large role in her stories, feelings that she believes people from everywhere on earth share.
