Otto Youngers

Otto Youngers (Tacoma) received a 2005 GAP to defray the shipping costs of a solo show at the Artcores Gallery in Los Angeles. Funds contributed to sending his work to the “burning, boiling, bubbling basin of downtown LA,” according to Youngers. The show included 16 life-size wood sculptures and related drawings. In 2008 he received a residency at the 3rd International Art Workshop in Thailand.

Otto also received a 2002 GAP.
