Sarah Vap

Sarah Vap received 2010 GAP Award funding to allow her time to complete her fifth collection of poems, Take Us the Foxes. This manuscript has as its subject the mothering of her young children, and the identity of a woman at a point in one’s life where identity melts, is malleable, disappears, battered, disregarded, and mixes up with other identities until it is difficult to discern where one consciousness ends and another begins.
