Sylwia Tur

Sylwia Tur received 2008 GAP Award funding to purchase a shovel and GPS tracking system. Sylwia is interested in the idea of excess in the artistic world in that many pieces of art that one makes will never be sold or shown. Since she works primarily in clay, it seems appropriate to bury several old pieces of work around the greater Seattle area. She will mark their locations with a GPS device and display them on a web site.
