About This Workshop
Come join poet, Lisbeth White as we kick-off Artist Trust’s 2023 Mental Health & Wellness month. This experimental journaling workshop will offer space, prompts, and tools to reconnect with and sustain your unique relationship to your creative work. Get ready to ease into our time together with guided meditation. Afterwards, Lisbeth will talk through ways we can feel grounded in our own creative work. This workshop is for artists of all disciplines and career stages.
Participants will need:
- Paper (a journal or sketchbook), writing/drawing materials
- A space that feels comfortable and private
