About This Workshop

Get ready to ease into our time together with guided meditation. Afterwards, Lisbeth will talk through ways we can feel grounded in our own creative work. This workshop is for artists of all disciplines and career stages.
Participants will need:
- Paper (a journal or sketchbook), writing/drawing materials
- A space that feels comfortable and private
