This workshop, led by attorney Benjamin Kerr, covers intellectual property, including copyright, trademarking, and work-for-hire agreements. You’ll learn what can and cannot be copyrighted and trademarked, how to register, what constitutes fair use, and what to do if your copyright is violated.
