Join the Artist Trust Program Team, Luther Hughes, Lydia Boss, and Grace Nakahara to take a moment and reflect on your year. During this hour-long virtual workshop, you’ll be given prompts to help you think about your 2022 goals, explore ways to consider mental health as it relates to your art, and refresh your wellbeing as we approach 2023. This workshop is open to artists of all disciplines, backgrounds, and career stages.
