This one-hour workshop, led by Dalisha Phillips, offers guidance, clarity, and resources for the process of finding the right therapist and culturally relevant approach to well-being for you. Choosing to engage in therapy can be a challenging decision to make and finding the right approach or practitioner can feel overwhelming. However, you are worth the work! With a little help from a mental health professional it is possible to feel empowered in the process of finding your therapeutic fit and embarking upon or reinvigorating your journey toward caring for self. Registration required and this workshop will be offered via Zoom.
