Our loft is about 15 ft. x 30 ft. It is $500 monthly. We are right off of Ballard Ave. Downstairs are me and Jack, we are both artists who work in a variety of mediums including metal work. The loft will have an attic pull down staircase. Jack and I are both very handy and are willing to help build out doors etc. if desired. I’ve linked to a few videos of the space on google drive.
