The City of Bellingham is seeking an artist or artist team to design, fabricate and install artwork for a prominent roundabout located at Horton Road and Cordata Parkway in Bellingham, WA. This is a gateway to a residential neighborhood with future residential development planned, and the City would be interested in pieces that reflect the natural setting of the area and fits in well within the context of the site.
$80,000 – $95,000 is available for all phases of the artwork, including but not limited to: planning, design and installation of the artwork; as well as incidentals such as food, lodging, per diem, travel and more.
