FROM HERE ON OUT is seeking submissions from all artists working in the photographic realm. We invite artists to interpret the definition of broadside — as a noun, verb, and adverb — as an attack or response to our current systems // a sideways turning toward, forward, or away // or a revealing or collision, in the broadest sense /// as well as its physical use in poetics, radical movements, and proclamations.

Portraiture / Unmaking / Agitation / Collective Care / Queer Futurity / Rurality / Complexion / Isolation / Power / Bloom+Wither / Safety / Crunch / Softness / Fluidity / Pixelation / Imperfection / Performance / Poetics / Interference / Dismantling

This exhibition will manifest as a series of rough cut large format posters to be printed and distributed, as well as an online exhibition here on the site. Because of the nature of the printing, all images must be in black and white. 10 artists will be chosen and all artists will have their work printed for them. Submissions are free / posters will be available to purchase / and all proceeds will go towards mutual aid funds for QTPOC artists and other marginalized folks affected by COVID 19.
