The Civic Art Program of the City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs (MOCA) has identified two (2) possible separate opportunities for permanent works of public art in Houston’s Sunnyside Neighborhood. Budget: $210,000.00 for outdoor artwork; $134,000.00 for indoor artwork
