Artspawn (located between Redmond & Woodinville) has a studio space available in the shared studio area. This means there are 2 other artists who have dedicated space on the other side of the room and there are NO DIVIDING WALLS. Plenty of space allowed for social distancing. 24/7 access, no live in. Room has extra high ceilings and skylights. There is some flexibility on the exact square footage of your studio space, to fit your needs. It is in one bay of a 3 car garage sized (heated) room. Amenities include access to a printing press & small photo light ‘box’, one flat file drawer for your personal storage. Sizes available include 135 square feet for $200 a month (including all utilities) or 250 square feet for $350 a month. Existing artists are working in drawing, acrylic painting, and printing, so we are seeking media that is compatible that creates no odor or dust.
