The City of Issaquah invites professional artists/artist teams to submit their qualifications for consideration to create functional artwork for the City’s new Tibbetts Valley Off-Leash Dog Park. The public art project budget is $25,000 for functional artwork to enhance the park – with a primary focused on park entrance(s). The selected artist/artist team will work with the City of Issaquah Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department and the Arts Commission through the artwork development and installation process.
