The City of Bellevue is now offering two separate grant opportunities: Eastside Arts Partnership (EAP) support grants for Eastside King County arts and cultural 501 (c) (3) nonprofits and Project grants to artists and organizations. Applications are collected through Submittable and due Ocotber 10, 2026. EAP grants cover operational support for 2027 and 2028, and Project grants cover art and cutlural projects proposed in Bellevue in 2027.
