Pottery Northwest is seeking an Education Manager to join our team!

The Education Manager works collaboratively with other members of the Programs team to develop, coordinate, and deliver robust ceramics programming, including: adult and youth classes, camps, clay nights and other ceramic-centered events. We are looking for someone passionate about cultivating adaptive, people-centered programming grounded in racial equity and social justice, ultimately advancing Pottery Northwest’s mission of fostering an inclusive community around clay.
Our Education Manager will join Pottery Northwest at a pivotal time in its history, as we open our new facility and seek out a long term leader. A part of this process is the opportunity to evolve and scale our programmatic offerings and community partnerships and create further access to education in ceramics.

Type: Full Time, 80% onsite
Pay: $55-65,000, Placement within the scale is dependent on a combination of education and experience.
