The Contemporary Dayton’s Holiday Gift Gallery is the premier fine art and fine craft professional gallery show and
sale in the region. It is open to Beginning with an Opening Reception on Saturday, November 20 and running through December
23, it includes targeted marketing for the biggest shopping weekend of the year—Black Friday (November 26), Small
Business Saturday (November 27) and Cyber Monday (November 29) —and attracts thousands of visitors from
throughout Southwest Ohio.
This year, The Contemporary Dayton is giving artists THREE options to submit to our annual holiday exhibition.
-Option 1: Submit max of 5 images to Cydnie King, Curatorial Assistant OR Beth DeVilbiss for traditional
Holiday Gift Gallery Exhibition, from November 20 – December 23, 2021.
-Option 2: Submit an ornament design for our Limited-Edition Ornament Display & Sale during Holiday Gift
-Option 3: Submit a selection of stock for our new Art Shop to be available year-round, starting February
HOW TO APPLY: When submitting application, indicate which option you will be choosing for your submission in the
Subject Line of email. EXAMPLE: King, Cydnie—Holiday Gift Gallery Submission, Option 3. Be sure to include ALL requirements in application. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
