This workshop is designed for directors in Physical, Drama, Musical Theatre, Choreography, and Circus, as well as for actors and dancers aiming to develop a director’s toolkit. It is suitable for both resilient professionals and committed pre-professionals, ensuring full participation throughout.

Performers will practically explore:
Building images and characters using physical movement, space, and partner interaction.
Connecting isolated elements into cohesive performance fragments.
Unleashing actors’ creativity and promoting improvisation and spontaneity in rehearsal and training.

Workshop Program Includes:
Five days of classes from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Opportunity to receive an international certificate upon completion from NIPAI with Sergei Ostrenko.
Personalized support, feedback, and advice from the mentor.

The workshop uses the Ostrenko Brothers Method for physical training and rehearsal, fostering a unique approach to working with actors and dancers. This method is recognized for its innovation in performance, blending various concepts and playtexts.

Participants will be introduced to Meyerhold’s “Biomechanics”, M.Chekhov’s “Psychological Gesture”, and Stanislavsky’s “Physical Action” by experienced practitioners and experts in performing arts.

The program’s working language is English. It is a multidisciplinary intensive lab fostering multicultural collaboration among performers from various backgrounds and techniques.
