The Operations Manager will work closely with the organization’s leadership team, and under the guidance and mentorship of our interim Executive Director, to support our operational needs, including finance, human resources, and general administration. We are looking for someone passionate about cultivating an adaptive people-centered culture grounded in advancing racial equity and social justice, along with creating systems that effectively and ethically support our operations.
Our Operations Manager will join Pottery Northwest at a pivotal time in its history, as we relocate to a new facility and seek out a long term leader. A part of this process is the opportunity to evaluate and evolve organization-wide infrastructure and practices.
