Flexible, part-time administrator/bookkeeper for Seattle-based, nationally touring educational multimedia theatre company Living Voices.

Working closely with the Artistic Director, Producer and Education Director, this role supports a diverse company of 17 actors touring 12 different multimedia programs focused on history and social justice to schools and communities throughout the United States.

Responsible for managing general company finances, duties include:
• Invoicing
• Payroll
• Accounts payable / receivables
• Tracking expenses related to grant funding
• Creating and maintaining budgets, in collaboration with staff
• Preparing yearly 990, W-2 & tax forms, and other financial reports
• Supporting staff and board as needed

• Experience with full charge bookkeeping, budgets, tax forms, financial reports
• Strong computer skills: proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail oriented and collaborative
• Preferred: experience working in a non-profit setting

$25/hour, 10-20 hours/week, potential for hours to increase in future
Work from home and/or in our small Fremont office
