La Sala seeks a dynamic and committed part-time Executive Director to work alongside our Board and Committees to facilitate the general operations of the organization. The ED of La Sala plays an important role in supporting the Latinx creative community of the Puget Sound region.

The ideal candidate:
Shows demonstrated management, strategic planning and leadership experience in their past experience.
Has an understanding of and demonstrated involvement in the Latine/x creative community of the PNW region.
Is highly organized and can facilitate communication between multiple Board members, community members, and Committees.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Will maintain accountability and timelines with the Board and committee members.
Ability to oversee event planning and communications with vendors.
Basic graphic design (Canva) and social media (Facebook, Instagram) knowledge.
Helpful software proficiencies: Google Drive, MailChimp, Clockify and Squarespace.

Status: This is a part-time contract position with an initial length of 1 year.
Compensation: $35 per hour
Hours: 10-15 per week with occasional evening and weekend events.
Location: This position will be primarily virtual, except for attendance of our arts programming which are generally in-person in the Seattle/Tacoma region.
