The City of San Marcos Mural Arts Committee seeks to commission a professional visual artist or artist team to design and paint a pair of murals with an anti-littering theme. The murals will be located on bridge barrier walls that face each other on opposite sides of the roadway. Currently the low walls are painted solid blue.
