United States, Seattle WA: On The Edge: 2ND International LatinX Performance Art Festival (Seattle) 2023 Call for Performance Artists Now Live!
On Thurs, October 5th, 2023 – Saturday, October 7th, 2023, the storied King Street Station in the heart of the historic area of Seattle, will be home to the best Latine/Latinx performance artists. Featuring New York Performance Artist, Butoh theorist and Feminist author Katherine Adamenko, as well as several other well-known Latine/x performance artists from around the United States and beyond. This call is for individuals and small groups (small groups would split 400.00.) Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, at all stages of career, local, regional, national and international artists with the ability to cover their own transportation and accommodation. Artists will be asked to propose a 30-minture or less, new/remounted work and be prepared to do 2 performances at event as well as being prepared to present a 10-30 minute talk about their art careers. National and International (artists/artist teams must be able to get to and from the venue in Seattle, WA, as well as finding lodging and nourishment, while at the three day event + at least one day of practice-setup.)

Up to 10 Performance Artists will be selected at https://www.xavierlopezjr.com/call-for-on-the-edge Open Call for Entry by the On The Edge Curatorial Committee.
Selected artists will receive $400 for participation in the event and $100 for showing video representation of your performance history at the event.
Artists will be filmed at the event and will be given the raw footage of their performance.
