Eligibility: Worldwide open call. Artists located outside the United States must be represented by a gallery in the United States (US). All entries must be original work.
Budget Total: $500,000.00 USD. Each of the 5 artists will have a budget of $100,000.00
The Port of Seattle’s Public Art program is seeking five (5) qualified video artists or artist teams to submit their qualifications to be considered for a permanent art commission within Seattle Tacoma International Airport’s C Concourse. The work must consider the aesthetic of the facility and redevelopment design. Proposed artworks must also be thoughtful in regard to long term maintenance and conservation. The work must be appropriate for public presentation considering the wide range of visitors to the airport.
